We are delighted to welcome our long-time friend, highly celebrated chef Tom Aikens, for an exclusive supper club at The Wild Rabbit.

Growing up in Norfolk, Tom learnt from a young age how to make the most of fresh ingredients. Food has remained at the centre of his life, passionately working with the seasons, sourcing locally, avidly foraging and using small, trusted producers.

This supper club has given Tom the opportunity to hand-select seasonal, heritage variety ingredients grown and reared at Daylesford Organic farm. Tom will be joining our executive chef Sam Bowser in the kitchen, with each course perfectly paired with new season vintages from our Château Léoube estate in Provence.

As a chef, Tom needs no introduction. He holds the distinction of being the youngest British chef to receive two Michelin Stars at the age of just 26. His illustrious career has seen him working under culinary giants such as Philip Britten, Pierre Koffman, and Robuchon in Paris, as well as Gérard Boyer in Reims and Pied-à-Terre in London, among others. Today, his culinary prowess shines at his flagship restaurant, Muse, in London, where he holds a Michelin star.

Our organic estate, Château Léoube on the Côte d’Azur coastline, crafts award-winning Provençal wines. All the grapes at Léoube are carefully tended by hand under the guidance of Head Winemaker Romain Ott, using time-honoured artisan methods and organic principles that work in harmony with the land and changing seasons. Our supper club is a celebratory evening to introduce the new season’s award-winning wines.

The evening costs £160 per person including wine flight. We recommend booking well in advance as our supper clubs get booked up fast. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event and limited kitchen space, we’re unable to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies, including pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan menus.
