Gather at The Wild Rabbit from 10am for freshly brewed coffee, pastries and to meet your guide.
At 10:30am, we will begin our walk along the bridleways and footpaths that weave through the Daylesford estate. Discover the workings of our organic farm and native breeds, including out Pedigree British Friesian cows grazing in the pasture – whose milk becomes the cream, butter and cheeses found in our farmshop and across our pubs – as well as our Lleyn flock in the fields.
At 11:30am, you’ll spend time in our market garden, where rows of seasonal vegetables, salads and herbs are tended by hand and harvested daily for our pub kitchens. Explore the growing tunnels, then pause to enjoy refreshments and a homemade flapjack.
The walk concludes at 12:15pm, leaving time to explore at your own pace. Browse the Daylesford farmshop or follow the estate footpaths towards Oddington for a light lunch at The Fox, before making your way back to The Wild Rabbit.
