Smoky Rhubarb Cocktail Recipe

You can’t think of a British summer without rhubarb in mind. This refreshing seasonal cocktail is a firm favourite, celebrating its tartness and the colour of summer.

Ingredients

30ml Mezcal
30ml Tequila
10ml Rhubarb cordial
10ml Agave nectar
Poached Rhubard to garnish
Directions
  • Add all ingredients to a rocks glass.
  • Add fresh ice to your glass and stir to dilute. Top up with extra ice if needed.
  • Garnish with the poached rhubarb.

*Tip: Add 50ml of the rhubarb cordial to sparkling water and enjoy a refreshing non-alcoholic spritz.
