Internationally recognised specialists in truffle cultivation and truffle tree production, the team will showcase a local truffle orchard, planted with inoculated native trees. Throughout, they’ll explain how, through productive truffle orchards, under utilised land can be transformed into productive agroforestry systems that deliver high-value food while enhancing biodiversity, supporting carbon sequestration and improving long-term environmental resilience.
There’ll be tastings and an opportunity to dig a little deeper into the detail with the experts – a truly access-all-areas experience.
