Our Laundry

It’s time to air our dirty laundry, go behind the scenes and talk about how we’re making a difference with every towel we wash.

At Daylesford Stays, we curate sustainable luxury experiences in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Every detail tells a story. Like our clean linens; by bringing all laundry in-house across our spas, farmshops, cottages, pubs and restaurants, we’ve cut transport emissions and transformed how we care for our environment.

Our gentle processes extend linen life while smart systems reduce chemical and water waste. We’ve eliminated dry cleaning entirely, saving 125,000 kilowatt-hours and preventing over 26 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually.

Powered by renewable energy, our biomass boiler uses locally sourced wood chips. We’re proud to be the first in the UK with a 3.3-meter biomass-fed flatwork ironer – incredibly efficient and loved by our team.

From traditional stone cottages to modern British pubs, each property balances thoughtful design with respect for both heritage and environment.

Our laundry proves that environmental responsibility and our exceptional Stays can work together. With our team’s dedication and drive to continually innovate, we’re just getting started.
