Discover Léoube’s award‑winning organic wines from our sister estate, Château Léoube on the Côte d’Azur, where Head Winemaker Romain Ott crafts exceptional Provençal wines and olive oils using traditional, sustainable methods.
This exclusive tasting features four wines from the Château Léoube Collector Series – Sparkling de Léoube Rosé, Léoube Rosé Collector, Collector de Léoube Blanc, and Léoube Collector Red – each paired with Daylesford’s organic bread, artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and Château Léoube extra‑virgin olive oil.
The tasting experience will be hosted by a member of the Wild Rabbit team, who will guide guests through each wine pairing, sharing insights into the wines, their provenance, and the tasting experience.
