Sanctum is a holistic movement practice rooted in multidisciplinary influences, including kundalini yoga, martial arts, animal flow, breathwork and primal fitness.
Each sequence is set to music inspired by Amsterdam’s electronic scene, interwoven with spoken word and elevated by orchestral pieces to support moments of mindfulness and meditation. Some experiences shift the way you think, move and lead. This is one of them.
