Having worked under world-famous chefs including Raymond Blanc, Bains went on to win the Roux Scholarship and open his very own Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains with Rooms in 2002. Bains will bring his decades of experience and focus on the textures, tastes and techniques of modern classic gastronomy to The Wild Rabbit kitchen, partnering with Sam to deliver a show stopping five course Autumnal menu.
