Drawing inspiration from our market garden at Daylesford Organic celebrating the flavours of the season, each course features the summer ingredients at their very best. The evening will begin with a seasonal cocktail on arrival.
Originally from Warwickshire Jac has over 15 years’ experience working in award-winning restaurants including holding the position of Senior Sous Chef under Michael Wignall at both The Angel Inn in North Yorkshire as well as Sous Chef at Gidleigh Park in Devon, each held 1 and 2 Michelin Stars, respectively.
