Create a beautiful botanical plaster cast guided by our expert using a very simple process. Join us for a relaxed, welcoming experience where clay and creativity meet.
You will start by selecting the plants you wish to use for your impression, planning their arrangement and then pressing them into clay. We will then add plaster to create a relief tile. When the plaster has set up, you will then decide whether to keep it unpainted or to add some tint using natural dyes.
Alison’s workshops blend practical instruction with creative freedom, offering participants the opportunity to make something meaningful while enjoying the tactile and therapeutic nature of clay. Whether you’re a complete beginner or rediscovering a past love of ceramics, you’ll leave with not just a piece of your own work, but also a renewed sense of play and presence.
By the end of the session, you’ll take home your finished piece on the day. All materials and equipment will be provided.

Her sessions offer participants a chance to slow down, explore their creativity, and discover the joy of working with their hands—no prior experience needed.
