Learn basic plaiting and straw-tying techniques, creating several traditional corn dollies, before culminating into a showstopping Christmas Angel for the top of your tree or table centerpiece. You’ll work with Maris Widgeon, a heritage straw variety grown and harvested using traditional methods.
As you craft, you’ll hear the stories, folklore and rural customs woven into this enduring craft. Designed for beginners, no previous experience is required.
All materials are included, and each ticket includes a welcome drink and mince pie.
